Matara have been fitting precision linear guides to its Rodless Pneumatic Cylinders and Electric Actuators for the last 9 years. To ensure we remain as competitive as possible in the market , Matara has joined forces with Advanced Motion Technology (AMT) of Taiwan. AMT?s parent company, PMI have been manufacturing PMI Ballscrews for more than 25 years and they dominate the Asian Machine Tool Market. AMT is run as a separate division within PMI and the end product is a high quality range of precision linear guides.
Material is sourced from Germany and is then subjected to an extremely rigorous heat treatment and grinding process.
The end result is an exceptionally high quality PMI Linear Rail and bearing assembly accurate to within Microns.
Matara hold stock of rail and carriages and can cut, dress and dispatch rail in lengths upto 4 meters on a same-day basis.
Matara can also supply standard or customized PMI Ballscrews, the chances are if you have a Korean or Taiwanese Machine Tool, the Ballscrew and PMI Linear Rails will have come from the PMI group.
