Matara Continues Investment In CNC Machinery.

In order to ensure that Matara can keep up with demand of machined Ballscrews, we have recently purchased a new CNC turning machine and recruited an additional technician in order to provide same-day despatch if required.

John Ramskill Spends A Week At Mindman Factory

In order to increase product knowledge and assist with Mindman’s aggressive product development, John Ramskill (Matara’s Sales Director of 10 Years) has recently spent 8 days at Mindman.

PMI-AMT Continue New Product Development

May 2008 saw PMI-AMT launch a full range of miniature stainless steel linear guides.

Also launched at the same exhibition were new Ballscrews from PMI with DIN Nuts now available as a standard item and an increased range of screw diameters.

To demonstrate their robustness in adverse conditions, both linear guides and Ballscrews were run submerged in Sawdust and Woodshavings.

Matara are pleased to report that 12 months on from its introduction, demand for own label cylinders are continuing to grow.

This option is being widely taken up by both Reseller’s and OEM’s keen to ensure that repeat business for Matara cylinders is retained by themselves.
