MCQI2 Series Profile Pneumatic VDMA Cylinder | ISO15552

Description

Built in the UK by Matara, this VDMA pneumatic cylinder, also known as a pneumatic ram, is double acting as standard. The MCQI2 series adheres to ISO 15552. There are double acting and single acting versions available. The rod diameter has a range of 32-100mm and a stroke length between 1-2800mm making it capable of a wide range of applications. Other stroke lengths are available upon request. The piston is capable of movement speeds of 50-500mm/s and operating on a pressure range of 0.5-10 bars. The piston rod is threaded at the end and has a magnetic strip, which together with the grooved body allows for easy sensor mounting to detect rod positioning. With an aluminium housing and an NBR seal, the cylinder is durable and capable of operating from -5 to 60°C.
