Description

This VDMA pneumatic cylinder, manufactured in the UK by Matara, is known as a pneumatic ram and is double-acting as standard. The MCQV3 series adheres to ISO standards. It is available in both double-acting and single-acting versions, with a rod diameter of 40mm, and a stroke length ranging between 1 and 2800mm, allowing for a wide range of applications. Other stroke lengths are also available upon request. The piston is capable of movement speeds ranging from 50 to 500mm/s and operates within a pressure range of 0.5 to 10 bars. The piston rod is threaded at the end and has a magnetic strip to detect rod positioning. With an aluminium housing and an NBR seal, the cylinder is durable and capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -5 to 60°C.
