Aluminium extrusions are an ideal solution for frames that need to carry weight or act as a supporting structure, thanks to the strength-to-weight ratio that aluminium profiles provide. Being naturally rust- and corrosion-resistant makes aluminium frames ideal for a range of environments. And because aluminium extrusion is non-magnetic, it is also ideal for applications where high voltages are in use or where there are sensitive magnetic devices being used.

Aluminium frames: we will cut your selected aluminium profile to the bespoke lengths that you require, and can then supply either in flat pack form for you to assemble your aluminium frame on site, or we can supply your aluminium frame fully pre-assembled to save you the hassle. With our in-house CAD team and dedicated engineers who have vast experience in designing and building aluminium frames, we will ensure that you end up with the right aluminium frame for your requirements.

Aluminium extrusion: we will cut our aluminium profile to the lengths that you require with no cutting fee. With a wide range of profiles held in stock you will find the appropriate aluminium profile to suit your requirements. We can also precision drill the aluminium extrusion to your specifications to ensure that you end up with your ideal solution.

Aluminium profiles: we hold in stock a wide range of aluminium profiles, each suited to different requirements to ensure that you can construct a bespoke assembly in line with your designed aluminium frame. Just some of the options include our L-shaped PG40 profile which is suited to medium-heavy assemblies such as workstations and conveyor assemblies, our PG20 T-slot profile designed for lightweight assemblies, and our PG50 T-slot aluminium profile with 8 slots, designed for heavy weight assemblies and to complement our PG40 and PG45 profiles.
