Matara offers a wide range of modular Aluminium Profile Workstation Solutions, including aluminium trolleys, aluminium extrusion workbenches, workstations and machine guarding.

All of our solutions are machined and built in-house, using our stocked range of PG40 40×40 and 40×80 Aluminium Extrusion Profile. In addition, each product line has a selection of different options to choose from, so that you can fully customise your design. Furthermore, to ensure that we are offering the highest possible quality product available, each individual product has been ergonomically designed by our in-house team of design engineers.

Ergonomic Workstation Solutions – Design

Wherever possible, we have tried to achieve an ergonomic workstation design solution. This can be seen in the below examples:

• All table-top heights are at least 900mm from the floor and can be adjusted using the incorporated adjustable feet.
• All trolley heights are set at 900mm to allow for waist height lifting from the top shelf.
• All workstation drawer mechanisms are designed using high-quality runners to ensure a steady and smooth closing action.
• Trolleys have a closed-face profile option to ensure clean lines and a smooth finish. This is used in particular in food packaging environments.
• All workbenches include end cover caps on all edges to allow for a smooth design.
• All machine guarding options incorporate a closed face front for a smooth and sleek finish.
