Return & Exchange Policy

At Matara UK Limited, we are committed to delivering complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange an eligible item, we strive to ensure the process is as simple and efficient as possible.

 If you would like to return or exchange a product, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 working days from the delivery date*. You can reach us at 01684 850000 or via email at sales@matarauk.co.uk. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for any items raised after 14 working days.

Returning Goods:
Please follow the steps outlined below to return your item:

  1. Specify the reason for the return by email to sales@matarauk.co.uk.
  2. We will email you the GRN note** (**ONCE AUTHORISED), which must be included with the goods being returned.
  3. Include the original packing list provided with your delivery. If you no longer have this document, print your order confirmation email.
  4. Repackage the items securely.
  5. Send*** the package to the following address:

Important Notes:

  • The delivery date* will be confirmed by our courier partners.
  • Many products we supply are bespoke, created specifically to your order requirements. As such, bespoke products, including cut-to-length or drilled aluminium profiles, custom-cut linear rails, all bespoke pneumatic cylinders, and other custom-built items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The ***cost of returning eligible items is your responsibility. Items remain your responsibility until received by us; therefore, we strongly recommend using a delivery service that provides proof of delivery and insures the value of the items.
  • Refunds will typically be processed within 7-14 working days of receiving your returned items.
