1. Delivery Coverage

– Ireland
Please note: We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of our listed coverage will not be processed.

– Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
– Custom or Made-to-Order Products: These may have extended lead times. Estimated despatch dates will be communicated at the point of order or within your order acknowledgement.
3. Delivery Methods and Timeframes
We use trusted UK courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery. The following delivery options are available:

4. Delivery Charges*
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For some items/locations, bulk or palletised shipments, a member of our team may contact you with a bespoke delivery quote before despatch.
6. Delivery Issues
If your delivery is delayed, incomplete, or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by contacting:

7. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a calling card, leave the parcel with the neighbour or attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts if the order is sent back to us or re-routed once it’s despatched.
