Our team of engineers are well versed in 2D and 3D CAD design, using cutting edge software such as Solidworks, and can bring your project to life. Additionally, we work hard with our partners to provide CAD files, via our website, so that you have the opportunity to customise your aluminium extrusion frames.
Bespoke cutting and machining
Matara stock a large range of Aluminium Extrusion profiles from its headquarters in Tewkesbury. With, sizes ranging from 20×20 all the way up to 60×60, our range allows for projects to be however big or small. The Matara machine shop is home to four calibrated aluminium saws and three HAAS twin spindle machines, to allow for high volume demand, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. Whether you require pre-cut and machined lengths or complete aluminium extrusion frames, Matara have the infrastructure to do so. Furthermore, unlike many of our competitors, Matara employ a “no cutting charge” policy, whilst also offering cost-effective machining services.
Wide variety of profile accessories
In order to complement the large range of profile shapes and sizes, Matara hold stock of a vast range of aluminium profile accessories. From different connecting solutions to fastening elements, such as anchor connectors and Tee Nuts, Matara can design aluminium extrusion frames with differing customer requirements in mind. If you are in need of machine guarding or are in need polycarbonate panel installation, Matara are also able to factor this in to your design. Furthermore, a large range of connecting plates, feet and castors, allows for your design to be either stationary or mobile and can allow for uneven surfaces.
